As a sole practitioner cosmetic dentist, I operate my own independent dental clinic in Black Mountain, North Carolina. I believe in taking the time to get to know each patient, which allows me to:

Treatment and wellness philosophy
I have been practicing dentistry since 1997 and in that time, I’ve discovered the patients who are most involved in making key decisions about their dental care achieve the best results. That’s why I take the time to understand the concerns and priorities of each person who visits my office, providing the options and information they need to take control of their oral health.
As part of my treatment philosophy, my vision as a dentist is to help you to become the expert on your own care. While I offer expert guidance and treatment, I also encourage you to make your own choices in support of your dental health. Unaffiliated with any specific dental insurance plan, I design treatment protocols that serve you, the patient, rather than a financial schedule laid out by an insurance company.
Individualized attention
You’re more than just a number here—my entire dental team devotes their undivided attention to each patient by partnering and listening during each step of the process. We don’t just treat teeth and gums—we help to heal and protect the whole person, considering unique circumstances and health concerns before taking action.
Encouragement and education
No problems are insurmountable. By acknowledging where you are now, and where you want to be in the future, we can craft a custom treatment path together. We genuinely respect each patient, taking the time to understand each one-of-a-kind situation and listen and respond to all questions and concerns.

Dental treatment planning
I believe it’s important to provide you with the keys to managing your own dental treatment plan—and that includes the planning and timing of your oral health care. After an initial consultation, we’ll set up a schedule for your dental treatment that takes into account your financial situation, health, stress level, and existing time commitments. We know everyone has a different comfort zone and schedules and circumstances may change over time. When scheduling your dental care sessions, your comfort is always our top priority.
